About the Workshop

Assessment tools are useful in therapy to better understand your clients, improve treatment effectiveness, and help your clients gain self-awareness.

There is a wide range of psychometric tests available, but how do you know;

Which test should I use?

What do these tests measure?

What do you do with the results?

And, you need to be qualified and appropriately trained to ensure the tests are accurate and that you’re not misinterpreting the assessment results.

In this in-class workshop, Clinical and Counselling Psychologists Dr. Kenneth Colosimo (Supervised Practice) and Senior Psychometric Instructor Christina Yuhanova will teach reliable, valid and effective assessment tools you can implement in your practice

This workshop is designed with Level B tests and do not require a psychologist’s supervision to use.  The goal is for you to learn and practice frequently used psychometric tests during the workshop, so that you can implement psychometric testing within your clinic.
